Hyatt Place was one of the first of many developments throughout downtown that helped Birmingham experience a renaissance over the last decades. With the ever increasing number of visitors to our city to experience our foodie scene or to receive world class healthcare, there was a significant shortage of places offering accommodations. This development brought a much needed hospitality option to the area.
