Game Changing Downtown Experience

Ion, formerly known as Venue at the Ballpark, boasts “intown living with outfield views,” and provides visitors and residents alike a game changing downtown experience. This 236-unit apartment facility is a vibrant city living space, with views overlooking the baseball stadium and more.

CR Endeavors helped develop the property, complete with underground parking, an elevated, active courtyard with a pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area with an adjacent lounge and fitness facilities. Additionally, the project has a smaller “passive” courtyard with fountains and an informal gathering area. An upper deck lounge on the top level overlooks Regions Field, giving visitors a unique bird’s eye view of the games below. Other amenities include a yoga room, game area, business center, and secure bike storage for those who frequent the trails throughout Railroad Park and Birmingham’s Rotary Trail. The Venue at the Ballpark was aptly named, because you’ll not find a more happening place to enjoy the rebirth and continued growth of the Magic City.
