Giving “work, play, live” a new perspective with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments overlooking Railroad Park, within walking distance to Regions Field, and spectacular views of downtown Birmingham and Red Mountain.

Parkside Apartments are located across the street from Railroad Park and down the block from Regions Field, home of the Birmingham Barons. The Parkside Apartments are a $30 million, 347,000 square-foot development that houses 228 luxury apartments, two restaurants, a yoga studio, fitness center, Zen terrace and a large pool deck overlooking one of the city’s most hip and emerging neighborhoods. CR Endeavors was integral in getting The Parkside project approved and under construction, and its development has proven to be one of the area’s most sought-after spaces since construction was completed in 2015.
