Development of wooded 90-acre site in the Riverchase area of Hoover, AL, including redevelopment of existing corporate office buildings in partnership with the City of Hoover and The Hoover Healthcare Authority.
The site will be anchored by a wellness village to include health and wellness offerings for the entire community from pediatric to geriatric patients.
The development will include single- and multi-family residences in a community-based, mixed-use setting with green spaces, walkable retail and restaurants, and will tie into a planned trail system for the area.
